Change or Cancel an Order

We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it.

If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice at service@Uhealthcare.co.uk or call 0121 222 6321 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.

If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

There are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange. Please see below for more details.

Track Your Order

To check your order status, just sign in or register at the top of the page, then go to your account pages and click My Orders.

Order Received

Your order hasn't been processed yet.

Order Processing

Your order could be at any point between the warehouse receiving it and despatching your goods.

Despatched

Your order has left our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming despatch with tracking details.

Cancelled

Your order has been cancelled either by you or us.

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched from a different location. However, if your order is obviously incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, or if you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services team on 0121 222 6321 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, first of all please view your order online. If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please contact our Customer Services team at service@Uhealthcare.co.uk or call 0121 222 6321 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

If you have more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you haven't received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email or call us as before.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive in a damaged condition, or there is an item missing please contact us immediately.

If your product develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, we will arrange to exchange or refund the cost of your goods. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse (for which there can be no exchange or refund). If your product develops a fault after 28 days please contact us, we will send your product to the manufacturer for investigation and where the fault is found to be due to a failure in the product we will arrange an exchange or refund.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Returns Procedure

Returns can be made via Royal Mail or courier:

  1. Fill out your reason(s) for return on the back of the delivery note
  2. Enclose the delivery note with the product, and package up securely
  3. Return via Royal Mail and obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order.

If for any reason you are unhappy please return the goods with all the original packaging, unused and in original condition with any accessories and any supplied free items within 7 days of delivery.

When returning items please ensure that a covering letter is included explaining the reason for the return, the customer's contact details need to be included and packages need to be marked "Returns Department" and sent to:

Please state whether you require a replacement or a refund. A refund will be made to your credit/debit card within 14 days.

We do not provide returns labels and any postal costs incurred are to be paid for by the customer.

Proof of Purchase

If you have your receipt or delivery note we'll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase.

Condition of Returns

Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on:

  • Chemical products
  • Sterile goods

This does not affect your statutory rights.
