Our Story

Uhealthcare Limited was established by two friends whose fathers were separately diagnosed with Prostrate/Bladder cancer which following radical surgery, left them with varying degrees of continence problems. Having searched the internet and shops for the right products to meet their individual needs we set out on a personal crusade to ensure that the professional products that weren't available outside of the hospital/hospice to us, were made easily accessible to individuals and carers no matter what the care setting.

The sad loss of Tanya's father, Harold Bland Woodall in August 2011 inspired us on our crusade and left us vowing to work with the charities that helped us and also those that are working to find better treatments and ultimately a cure for cancer.

Our main aim is to improve the quality of life for those with continence issues and their families; ensuring the preservation of dignity, self-esteem, and independence.

We will achieve this by:

  • Ensuring patients, carers, families and all health care professionals can access the best products for their needs, including those usually only available in a hospital setting.
  • Providing advice, support and information to health care professionals, carers and patients on the promotion of continence and the management of bladder and bowel dysfunction including incontinence.
  • Supporting key charities and organisations that either provide support/care for people diagnosed with cancer and their families in the UK or undertake research to find ways to prevent and cure cancer.

We are passionate about what we do and are committed to providing great quality products at competitive prices, with first class customer service.
